Jim may own the place, but that doesn't make him infallible. It just makes him "in-charge", and we have to play by his rules.
Actually, he is wrong twice. There are white women with black children who live in ghettos, so he is wrong that no white people live in ghettos. He is also wrong by addressing who LIVES in ghettos. My question was "who CREATES ghettos?". That is the crux of the issue.
