heh..
Nice try...
But argument tactics aside, it is plainly obvious to even the most dense observer that the folks at the controls are marxists revolutionaries, and they are busy doing what marxists do when they sink their teeth into their victim. They are rapidly consolidating power and building their own infrastructure while dismantling the previous one.
Go ahead and deny it. Really. Do it... DENY it. I need a good laugh this morning.
Just about everyone on this website be they “conservatives” or collectivist lurkers knows that the marxists that now own the fedgov do not take the constitution seriously or even consider it all. Everyone knows they are voiding the constitution and relegating it to insignificance. Well... Maybe not everyone sees it, but thats not even such a new problem is it?
“Mr. President, it is natural to man to indulge in the illusions of hope. We are apt to shut our eyes against a painful truth, and listen to the song of that siren till she transforms us into beasts. Is this the part of wise men, engaged in a great and arduous struggle for liberty? Are we disposed to be of the number of those who, having eyes, see not, and, having ears, hear not, the things which so nearly concern their temporal salvation? For my part, whatever anguish of spirit it may cost, I am willing to know the whole truth; to know the worst, and to provide for it. “ — P. Henry
You can choose to ignore the obvious if you want, but hiding your head in the sand and yelling (not there! not there! not there!) is not going to alter the fundamental truth that the constitution, which every member of the military swore an oath to protect and defend against all enemies INCLUDING THE DOMESTIC ones, is being or has been wiped away as the limiting factor on the fedgov.
Its their duty to fulfill that oath, they don’t have the option of “not feeling like it” or “protecting their careers and retirements”... not if they have even an ounce of honor left in them.
Its no fun for me to come down on the military this way but someone has got to start beating some sense into these knuckleheads. The military has always been an honorable organization but, in the end, its only as honorable as the people who populate its ranks, and those people are only as honorable as the word and oaths they stay faithful to. I remain confident that a majority of the fine folks in the military will eventually be prepared to do what is right, but I think WE need to lead the way for them.
