I hear Jimmy Carter has given up build these so-called 'free homes'.

It was after all nothing more than a Public Relations stunt to show his (tiny) humane side which quickly dried up & fell off!!

I hear there are lot of FEMA trailers still available howbeit they are mostly thrashed by their "GRATEFUL & CARING" previous occupants who were so grateful for the temp govt housing provided to them at taxpayers expense.
