Uhhh, I think he GOT his wish - a long time ago. A multi-ethnic United Kingdom, that is a Britain for the Afghans, Saudis, Pakistanis, West Indians, North Africans, etc and FOR the Afghans, Saudis, Paksistanis, WEst Indians, North Africans, etc seems to have come about some time ago.
