That is EXACTLY what the Philadelphia Inquirer article said. The pool was overwhelmed by the sheer number of kids. And I cannot imagine the behavior of 65 inner city yutes comporting well with the decorum expected at the club.

The club board was absolutely nuts to offer this contract in the first place.

I work for a program that involves inner city youths, I wouldn’t want to have too many of them in a pool at once, too high a likelihood that a lot will drown themselves at them same time making life difficult for the lifeguards.
