Don’t forget, some of the small ones have had their reality reduced, in many cases for good reasons.

I’m a 36C and the real deal. The thought of cutting them open, inserting bags of stuff in there to stay forever makes me ill. Blecch. I’d rather have less boobs than plastic ones.
