This thread, and the several others like it, are beyond pathetic. The lefty blogs and faux news outlets have posters on FR jumping through hoops trying to disprove a negative. It’s ridiculous. Why are you allowing yourselves to be divided against yourselves when it can only be for their amusement?

Here is the truth.
The obama children would remain VERY off limits IF their parents were not using them as marketing tools for fashion houses and making money off them. If anyone is exploiting these children, it is their gutter parents who are using them for everything from photo-ops to excuses for other things they do.

For instance, obama visited a 17th century castle in Ghana, (press term later changed to fortress), because he wanted to show his daughters man’s inhumanity to man. The implication was that the white British Colonialists were purely at fault for the slave trade out of Africa.

There was not a single mention of the African Tribal raids on neighboring tribes to steal people to be sold into slavery, (black people kidnapping black people,) nor a single mention of the arab muslim traders, (brown people who hate black people to this day,) who ultimately made their fortunes selling human beings as if they were cattle and transporting them to their final destinations which was often death.

If this is the kind of selective history obama intends to teach his children, then we are looking at two future adults who will be equally as racist and anti-American as their parents. That doesn’t bode well for the future for them OR for us.

To me, that is child abuse.

If the premise he espoused was true, why didn’t he take them to Buchenwald with him? Surely, nowhere on earth is a more stark lesson in man’s inhumanity to man.

Like his muslim ancestors, the obamas have put their children onto the open market and are doing it for personal monetary gain. You can’t be that exploitive and then when you are displeased with the result, say that your children are off limits.

Now the left will say that Sarah Palin did the same thing, so why should HER children be off limits and his aren’t? And the answer is simple. Sarah didn’t do the “SAME” thing. Sarah isn’t selling her children. Her children were NEVER considered off limits by the whacko left and for no other reason than they were her children.

What should be abundantly clear is the difference in the WAY both sets of children have been treated from the day they stepped onto the national stage.

The Palins have always been The Palins. I can’t recall a single article where anything they wore was marketed to the public because they wore it, up to, and including a $900 plastic watch or $500 plastic sneakers, sandals, etc. I can’t recall Sarah putting a mic into her child’s hand for purely political purposes on or off the national stage.

I can’t recall a single article touting the beautiful family relationship the Palins have with their children. If anything, it has been opposite in the extreme.The left’s reaction to Sarah was kneejerk hatred and it extended to her children in ways that would have made satan blush.

No one in the leftworld seems to notice that the obama daughters are being lavishly doted on in a way that other American children, especially black children, won’t and can’t be. During a time when the economy is being systematically destroyed by their father, they are being shown in all the press and all over TV tripping in Paris, tripping in Britain, showcased as fashion idols for the very children their father is stripping of their present and future wealth.

How many of you would faint if your kids demanded even a $200 knock off plastic watch because Malia Obama was wearing one?
Do any of your kids get to party with the Jonas brothers?

Get back to basics here. If we don’t like what the obama’s are doing with their kids, we have every right to say so without this holier than thou backbiting going on around here.

It’s the left that has been unrepentent, bigoted, racist, and abhorently evil, not us. I ain’t apologizing to them OR the obamas.

Some of the comments on the Malia thread were no worse than things I have heard about other children in the real world whose parents allow them to dress older than their years or wear political statements they don’t agree with. The only difference is they weren’t being marketed to the world at large and the price of their clothing from hair accessories to footwear weren’t being advertised down to the cents internationally.

I did not personally comment on the Malia thread. Didn’t really think it was worth my time. The images and what they implied stood for themselves. It definitely wasn’t because I might have had someone from some lefty blog call me a racist afterward because I really don’t care what they think about ANYTHING.

Caption threads on Free republic are an ongoing feature. The sense of humor around here is exceptional. The graphic are great. STOP APOLOGIZING WHERE NONE IS NECESSARY.

We know who we are. We know who THEY are too. And THEY don’t get to make ME feel guilty, because they damn sure NEVER will.

I do not disagree one bit with your feelings, expressed in this post.

However, it would be wise to avoid openly racist comments.

It is possible to criticize without racial overtones.

I do not get to tell others what do, and I do not desire to control the expressions of others on this thread or elsewhere.

However, I DO want to beat back these Marxist hypocrites!

And, that will be easier to do if we do not give the enemy ammunition to use against us.

Those who make overtly racial comments DO give the enemy such ammunition.

So, too, unfortunately, the folks on FR and other conservatives who feel a rather cowardly need to apologize or condemn, constantly, every comment that they might like to hear in Church.

This isn't Church.

There is a war on, and people will get hurt.

If the Obama’s want their kids to be left alone, the Obama’s need to quit manipulating public opinion with their kids.
