It makes you wonder what kind of sickness makes him advocate violence to Laura Bush.

It's not only vile, but it's stupid.

She had an 80% approval rating and she's no longer in the spotlight at all. And as you said, she is sweet and kind and gracious and no threat to anyone anywhere.

This kind of hatred comes from the depths of hell.
