I don’t see that it’s a criminal act; maybe, but you’d have to tell me the law (RICO and/or Conspiracy of some sort?) It’ a tortious act, however; Defamation, Prima Facie Tort, and maybe one of the “business” torts in the “Intentional Interference” category - Intentional Interference with Prospective Advantage, or Intentional Interference with Economic Relations.
All of this is assuming that the IP address(es) of the racist posters can be traced to Parry or his cohorts.

Merely the conspiracy to defame and libel Bill O’Reilly is a Federal felony under 3 seperate statutes. If this guy is an American citizen, he could face up to 10 years in Federal pound-me-in-the-ass prison.

Jim needs to sue the newspaper - shake that tree and I’ll bet more than one nut falls out.

Jim needs to get himself a top notch first amendment lawyer. A-list newspapers keep them on retainer - and their names should be easily accessible to those who know how to search the net.The Vancouver Sun needs to issue an apology - that will be some protection for them ... maybe.
