It appears to me that your reporting on the original thread is based entirely on the erroneously reported Cat White diary about it at the Daily Kos. I bet you didn't even see the thread on FR.

If discovery were performed would the Vancouver Sun be able to produce an IP log showing you researched the thread on FR before the thread was pulled?
