Even "The Nation" site got into that kind of stuff ~ apparently the sponsor does no monitoring of the site and let's all sorts of trash float around in there.
I was banned from both however!
That was my point. One of my pet peeves is inconsistency, and the media double standard is inconsistency on steroids.
I don’t condone the disgusting tirades as can be found at DU, regardless of the target. Most of what I’ve seen on FR doesn’t come close to that garbage. Although some do push the envelope.
