Editorial from the upcoming July 20 issue.

Love the last sentence:

The obsession is sure to intensify. Be prepared. Hurricane Sarah is about to descend on the Lower 48.

Funny. I’ve lived through five wars, police actions and assorted altercations plus the barely recognizable periods of “peace” in between and I’ve never seen anybody who has done a better job of pissin’ off the liberals than Sarah. That single attribute is enough to make me vote for her. I don’t know if she’ll even be on the 2012 ballot but unless the person who is on it is a better conservative than she is he/she won’t get my vote. In all the years I’ve been voting I’ve never had the opportunity to vote FOR a candidate. I’ve always had to vote AGAINST the other one. This may be my last election and I’ll either vote for a true American or I won’t bother to vote at all. I’m tired of voting for the lesser of two evils.

Just read the whole thing, and it was VERY good. Great find!

You know what I learned last week?

I learned that the elite and arrogant on the right are almost as bad as the elite and arrogant on the left.

I truly love this woman. And I want to send her my deepest sympathies for the crass and disgusting attacks made on her children.
Only pondscum go after a special needs child.

"I can't fight for what's right when I'm shackled to the governor's seat," Palin said.

Alaska state senator and Palin ally Gene Therriault told me. "The call went out from the national Democratic party to take her down. Some of the Democrats who worked with her previously took their marching orders."

"In politics you're either eating well or sleeping well," Palin said. "I want to be able to sleep well."

Palin has begun ramping up her criticism of President Obama. "Somebody's got to start asking President Obama questions" about how he plans to pay for his agenda, Palin said.

In her July 3 speech, she blasted "debt-ridden stimulus dollars," said that "today's Big Government spending" is "immoral and doesn't even make economic sense," and called the national debt "obscene."

In an interview last week with Time magazine, she called cap-and-trade "cap-and-tax," and said the policy would "drive the cost of consumer goods and cost of energy so extremely high that our nation is going to start exporting even more jobs to China."

"It's not 'meddling' in another country's business when you understand that what happens over there affects us over here," she said. "I wish Obama was tougher in that area."

25 hours later and I’m still thinking about this article. Thanks so much for posting. Very valuable.
