Text of President Barack Obama's speech Saturday in Accra, Ghana, as prepared for delivery and provided by the White House:

Good morning. It is an honor for me to be in Accra, and to speak to the representatives of the people of Ghana. I am deeply grateful for the welcome that I've received, as are Michelle, Malia and Sasha Obama. Ghana's history is rich, the ties between our two countries are strong, and I am proud that this is my first visit to sub-Saharan Africa as President of the United States.

I am speaking to you at the end of a long trip. I began in Russia, for a Summit between two great powers. I traveled to Italy, for a meeting of the world's leading economies. And I have come here, to Ghana, for a simple reason: the 21st century will be shaped by what happens not just in Rome or Moscow or Washington, but by what happens in Accra as well.

..................................

That is why my administration has committed $63 billion to meet these challenges.

His dad was a respected elder in the village? His dad was more like Otis, in this case, the village drunk.

Lost his legs in one car wreck after drinking and the next time ended up killing himself in the next car accident.

The CIA factbook lists the “purchasing parity” GDP of Ghana in 2002 as 42.5 Billion dollars. We are pledging one and one half times that?

When Obama said Universal Healthcare he really meant it. Next he'll be pledging billions to Martians.

I guess that's why he's pretending to be against the second stimulus.

He doesn't want another stadium-full of newly printed fiat money released into our own country to destroy the purchasing power of the US dollar domestically.

He wants to unload it internationally so that he destroys the value of the US dollar internationally and de facto defaults on all the debt we own other nations, like China, who's going to want a pound of flesh from every American as partial payment.

The USA is damned , I am now sure of it . Obama is the straw that broke the camel’s back . A country , the majority of which voted to elect this evil Kenyan usurper POTUS , and the minority who sit by writing messages on blogs and forums such as this , and do not much more , deserves to perish . And it will .

Remember that the pen is mightier than the sword.

And if you have any doubts that is true, ask yourself why all despots put severe restrictions on those who write and what they can write if they are allowed to write anything.

You know... I have been saying this for years now. We are done, unless we are hit by such devastating force, that we will revolt and clean up the internal scum, along with rebuilding our cities. You said a few words today in your post that basically, says it all.
