Honestly, the fried dough covered in sugar sounds a lot more tasty. And healthier.

I'm allergic to fish, but I know I'll never get sick eating a donut. The problem with donuts--or any food--is not inherent in the food, it's in the choices made by the person who eats the food. Pigging out on a dozen donuts is bad. So is pigging out on a dozen fresh fish with rice. Moderation and balance are the key.

No one is stopping you. But don't tell the rest of us what to do. This is the major reason (but far from the only) that I'm against the government running the health care system. They would be little Nazis. They would tell you what you could eat and how much. They are totalitarians.
