Fire em all. Then ban public employee unions (thats what civil service laws were supposed to do anyway). The parasites are killing the host.
1. Let them strike to deplete the union wealth and to bring public opinion against the union.
2. Fire them.
3. Sue the union for damages.
4. Go bankrupt and wipe out the Pensions.
5. Outlaw unions for gov’t employees.
