I wonder how many of those threads are started by trolls? or at least the comments entered are by trolls?
I started the thread in question. And I'm no troll. I saw very few comments directed at Malia. The crux of the matter was that parents control what their 11 year old kids wear, especially on state visits.
Heaven knows some of us have made mistakes on FR and learned from them. I know we can’t be told who wrote those comments, but I surely hope the authors have learned from this, and others too. I agree with those who say..there are too many important things to focus on. We can all learn from this.
As a side note, do you think that the other side will respond with appreciation for those on fr who speak out against this behaviour? If indeed KOS has a lot of nasty hatefilled comments on their site, will they too demand “respect” from their own members? This has forced me to decide to lurk at their website...and ‘monitor’.
