I have seen him credited as a 15 year old cousin (from Michelle’s side of the family). On this ‘tour’ of Rome (they had just made gelato) they did dress very ‘teen.’ However, when the Obama girls went to the Russian President’s house...they wore very appropriate outfits (with really nice trench coats).
