She does wear her hair like that. There are many pictures of her hair like that. There is nothing about her hair that is associated with Black Panthers and ghetto gangs. It is a typical african-american hairstyle, and not a statement.

I agree with you, mojitojoe — and if I encountered that “child” with that hair “style” and that tee-shirt accompanied by that “15 year old (??)” male in the sloppy attire seen in the photo, I can assure you I would most certainly cross the street.
