My neighbor, a Knights of Columbus member, voted for Obama and so did his church going wife. Not sure why, but he thinks Obama is Pro-life. Logic and reason don't seem to matter to him in this matter.

“Not sure why, but he thinks Obama is Pro-life.”
He is either trying to assuage his conscience or he is at a minimum mildly retarded.

The Euchristic Minister at my church had an Vote for Obama sign on his lawn. He also had a sign on his lawn for a local politican who is a Wiccan. How is that for twisted logic?

Because unless your Priest was doing his job and teaching from the pulpit, your wife and neighbor were fed the line that “Pro-life means all life. Social programs are Pro-Life”
Our pastor, on the other hand, gave us a sermon about the “Born Live Act”. At six masses one weekend. He said I can’t tell you how to vote, but one can’t be Catholic and vote for Obama.
It should be that cut and dry for all Catholics.
