I’m fairly certain that HIPAA laws still apply even when the patient is dead. A doctor cannot legally discuss any treatment he gave to Michael Jackson.
Doctor patient privilege extends to after death as well.
This doctor is STUPID UNLESS the Jackson family gave him permission to talk about. I can't see why they would though ... they're so money hungry ... . He's lawsuit material without permission.
