To: Maelstorm

I think people took her cancer seriously and felt for her pain and wanted her to recover. I think her stock went up with people due to her brave fight. I could be wrong but that is what I get from people who speak of her. Oh and most people are pissed by the lack of coverage she got with her death compared to MJ.

A lot of things didn’t get covered because of MJ. I didn’t watch it. I tuned out. I never did much care for Michael Jackson after he started to get weird. I never had a negative thought about Farrah though. It is hard to dislike one of Charlie’s Angels.

I think conservatives handle death or disability issues a lot more bravely and unselfishly than liberals do. Although there are exceptions such as Christopher Reeve and now Farrah Fawcett. But those are the exceptions rather than the rule. Look at how Ronald Reagan and Charlton Heston dealt with their Alzheimer’s and the support they each got from their families which is the most important thing.
