I was told the same thing by one of the construction. All projects are on hold because nobody knows how much if any stimulus money they're getting. Project managers don't know what to do so they're sitting on their funds until things become clear. So all these trial balloons coming out of this administration is just spooking the market, keeping unemployment higher than it needs to be,
