1.2B to 500 Cities? That should last for a little while.
The homeless will never see a dime.
It will go straight into the pockets of corrupt local politicians and their cronies.
What a great business model, make money giving things away for free.
Maybe we can give some to the political cartoonists?
But obama said he was going to create and save JOBS with that money...!
So how much per homeless person is this, $50k?
The towns and cities will hire more police to get rid of them.That’s called taking care of the homeless.
Don’t be so cold hearted. This is all going to on the job training materials. That’s a whole lotta leaflets to hand out. We are going to run out of paper.
We better buy the paper first, before we start printing.
This should be a boon to the liquor and illegal drug industries.
We can change it from
“you don’t work - you don’t eat”
to
“you don’t work - you get money”
And we can call that compassion...

They are probably in the 50% tax bracket.
I hear the sound of the shuffling of feet. From the street to the Hotel to Apartment and back to the street again. I sure hope this change helps, but I have my doubts.
