Backed by 104 Massachusetts legislators -- bill is "major goal" of MA homosexual lobby this year. On Tuesday, July 14, there will be a public hearing at the Massachusetts State House on the most extensive, oppressive, and far-reaching "transgender rights and hate crimes" bill ever seriously considered in America.
This bill forces the acceptance of "transgenderism", cross-dressing, and other various "gender expressions" throughout virtually every part of society, under the threat of fines and jail time for even disagreeing in public.

The goal is to put normal people in jail for their thoughts. There is no need for this bill. It is nothing more than a gift to the vicious man-haters.

Gene O’Flaherty tried to get away with saying 2-4% of the population is Transgender. Finneran wouldn’t let that get by.
One caller made a good point. Because of Equality Under the Law, if one man is allowed to use the Ladies Room, the ALL men have to be allowed in.

How about a law that protects one legged poeple from being targeted by people that hate one legged people?
Me, I hate people with face moles. Its impossible to talk to them without staring at the mole. If one pissed me off and I punched them should, I be charged with a hate crime beside assault?
Do this people not see how ridiculous and asinine this crap is?
