Of course not - “hate” crimes were created to enhance punishments only for european-americans. Our illegitimate multi-tiered legal system does not recognize civil rights for european-americans, only for minorities, psychopaths, illegal aliens, and illegal combatants.
There is no such thing as black on white or hispanic on white hate crime. Only straight on gay or white on anybody else.
