Quinn attempts to pull the old worn out “hypocrisy” card.

I don’t even entertain this argument. I simply state that the “hypocrisy” isn’t what bothers them, it’s the existance of the values that bothers them.

And many liberals think mothers should be able to work outside the home without judgment—until it is one of their political opponents. Then they have no qualms with savaging them in the press. Funny, I don’t see too many conservative women savaging their political opponents if they happen to be mothers with children.

Is this what results from Sally Quinn's self-loathing, from having to have sex with a man old enough to be her father, in order to reach the top of Georgetown society?

Here she is with her crusty 87-year old father, er husband, Ben Bradlee.

I think she saw this movie one too many times...

This is a woman who took her children to the convention and paraded them on the stage, including Trig, (not in bed until late hours)...

Was this a joke? Quinnn was worried about Trig's bedtime? I seem to recall Sasha and Malia staying up pretty late, too. Oh, yes, and I think perhaps they might have been "paraded" just a bit. If I recall correctly, they had some gushing cover story in People magazine (after which Michelle then complained that the children were getting too much exposure.

These hypocrites who claim that Palin paraded her children around, thus exposing them to media scrutiny, ought to be ashamed. The hypocrisy is breathtaking.

So, she’s not married to Uncle Sam,
but sure married someone that got her where she is,
and for that reason.

Sally is upset about the Palins catching fish.

Probably has something to do with Sally’s hygene problem of smelling like 3 day old fish scraps.

Here again is Quinn with dear old Dad. Oh darn, I keep forgetting it's her husband!

Incidentally, he runs the Washington Post and she has a column in the WP. I'm sure it's just a coincidence. She don't really think she slept her way to the top, do you? Why that just wouldn't be very "feminist" of her, would it?

Despite the fact that I'm male, actuarially, I still may live long enough to hear the news that Sally Quinn has died. Something to look forward to in my old age. Grandma Sally should concentrate on her water aerobics and let the non-menopausal women run the country. Her turn is over.

“I’d like to know the names of those mean-spirited adults who mocked and ridiculed her special needs child. I don’t believe it for a second.”

Someone should send her these links:

Remember Huff Post even pulled the story. Sally is pretending she never saw it? Riiiiiight.

That's a bit much, don't you think?

Depends on how you define the word "saint". I believe that the bible teaches that every person who has received Jesus as Savior and Lord is a saint. I understand that the Catholic church has a different teaching on what it takes to be called a saint. I'm sure there are other definitions as well.

I'd like to know the names of those mean-spirited adults who mocked and ridiculed her special needs child. I don't believe it for a second.

Apparently Quinn has kept her eyes closed, fingers in ears, and been yelling "LA, LA, LA, LA, I can't hear you!"

I’m almost rendered speechless by Sally Quinn’s astounding elitism,left-wing bias and sheer ignorance of how real people live and cope with life.

When you screw around with your boss and break up his marriage so you can marry him, I don't think you really have much room to criticize anyone else for anything, Sally (who is an atheist but the ‘faith expert' for Newsweek). Pardon me if I ignore her!
