Palin is playing this perfectly.
The only thing I would change is that I’d like to see her get a little more hardball with the GOP hierarchy.
1. Call off your attack dogs like Rove,Noonan etc.
2. She won’t bolt 3rd Party but the GOP is certainly thinking about the possibility....USE THAT ..THAT IS POLITICS!

That won't be necessary once they begin to realize what a huge draw she will be all over the country. Her ability to draw crowds will translate into dollars and, hopefully, a few conservative wins in 2010. At that point the GOP poobahs will hang around with their tongues hanging out.
And don't forget, Sarah has Rush, Mark and Ann in her corner. That right there is a lot of wattage.
