My take? Probably something nasty coming out of Kimch’aek Institute of Technology in P’yongyang and/or from the Graduate Division of P’yongyang Computer Technical College- ....these are crack teams developed under the aegis of the Korean People’s Army—but this might be low level stuff, just testing and probing. It is clear whom they want to hit, though. Usually one KPA lieutenant is in charge of a core/team of DPRK cyber attackers. Sources: South Korean media our time, tonight.
