Oh, I get it....he’s so smart that nobody can see all the good he’s doing because he’s doing it in such a brilliant way that nobody can tell that he’s doing something good because we can’t see the man behind the curtain and in due time all will become clear and everything will be good and we’ll all be rich and happy and there will be total peace. In context, Kissinger didn't say Obama was a good chess player.
He basically said it remains to be seen whether Obama backs up his words with good chess moves.
