I said the Pope has every right to believe he’s acting in the best interests of the world.

I don't dispute that the Pope has every right to believe he’s acting in the best interests of the world, but that is not what you said. You said for one to say that the Pope shouldn’t be fighting for world peace because it will never happen is like saying we should be whatever person we want to be because perfection is not possible.

Your comparison is not even coherent absent the tacit assumption that the Pope is actually fighting for world peace. That's why I asked you about the methods he proposes to attain "world peace".

Now if you're going to just say that he means well, as if good intentions are all that count, regardless of the actual results were his socialist proposals ever implemented, then I would profoundly disagree with you.

Cordially,

Well then I would challenge you to understand the word of Christ.

It should be obviously to anyone who follows Christ that if we lived in a perfect world socialism would fit perfectly. Everyone works for a purpose of their best talent regardless of pay.

Of course because you don’t understand Christ then that’s not coherent enough for you.
