For Saudi to be on board with this is especially huge news, because Mecca lies within its borders. This is a pickle for Iranian mullahs, because what exactly are they going to do in retaliation, boycott Mecca?!?

This kind of plan already exists in retaliation for an Israeli attack. The attack would have to be extremely destructive to prevent local mayhem and detruction in the region.
