I don't care what he flushed down the drain. We are not talking a serial killer here. The EPA should be disbanded, they certainly shouldn't be armed and able to hunt citizens down for poluting. F*** the government, and I mean all of them. This is tyranny plain and simple and if you can't see it too bad for you. This kind of crap is unconstitutional and should be stopped immediately if not sooner. They had no right to use force on this guy. Had they went to his door in broad daylight, since they knew where he lived, they could have arrested him without a fight, but no, they had to sneak in the dead of night and shoot him when he picks up a firearm, which most of us would have done had someone surrounded our home in the dark.
Shooting people over pollution and you think it is ok!
