His business name was "Chemical Consultants." Sound like a little more than a simple truck wash.

Yea, very little more ... he packaged and sold his own brand of cleaner at the truck wash

But what's the difference? He was a polluter and they needed 10 armed guys to flush him out of his trailer

Read this. http://bulktransporter.com/mag/transportation_new_location_extends . It’ll give you a general idea of the services offered by one particular truck wash.

I don’t know what services are offered by Larkin Baggett’s truck wash, but I didn’t think there was anything nefarious about the name “Chemical Consultants” for a truck wash. Some trucks haul chemicals. They frequently must be washed out between loads of different products, to avoid cross contamination.
