Only recall how they used to describe Nancy Reagan, anorexic, emaciated, the fawning eyes as she watches her husband give a speech ... I don't know that I can even remember the last compliment they may have given her. She was always neat, presentable, dressed for the occasion, dignified, stockings, (no matter the weather, a lady always wears hosiery), very tastefully dressed.
There's no objective reason whatever to be lauding the poor clothing choices of the wife of the current president.
You're right - the MSM was at their most hateful when dealing with Nancy Reagan. I can't recall anything they said about her that wasn't hateful.
