Everyone's favorite Congressman, Barney Frank, made an appearance at the 2009 World Series of Poker Sunday, perhaps even upstaging bracelet record holder, Phil Hellmuth, who arrived dressed as a Roman emperor, complete with 100 models, 11 muses and a trumpeter.

I’m sorry, but I cannot take anyone seriously named Barney.
It hasn’t been a problem yet but it will be next billing cycle in September.
Disregard above post; it was meant for another thread.
Is he bwuffing?
After the first three words (above) how could you believe anything that comes afterwards, seriously?
you mean world series of pokehim don’t you?
Barney Fwank lies between fits of slobbering.
might be but old barn is ‘all in’.....all the way in!
He was probably one of the Emperor Tiberias’ spyntriari..
Fwank, Bany Fwank! Chere, take him seriously, HE has brought this country to its knees...and is still trying.
D.
Sick puke...was he in a bikini handing out drinks and sandwiches?
Hey Barney. You play don’t play poker. You play pokem in the rear and liquim in the front.
I heard they threw him out because poker only allows 4 Queens at the table :-)
I bet he charged the world series buyin along with all travel expenses and penthouse suite for the week to the taxpayers. Then went all in with 7-2 off suit in first position on the first hand dealt, and after heard yelling “Don’t you know who I am?” when he found out he couldn’t rebuyin with another 10K of tax payer money. He was then heard calling the concierge at his hotel to demand he get Thunder from Down Under front row and center (yes, also booked as a campaign expense). Harry Reid will make sure a DNC fundraiser is held that week to make sure all tracks are covered.
I heard he was re-writing the rules of poker & out-lawing “straights!!!!”
I don’t even want to know what Barney thinks is a bad beat...
