I couldn’t agree more.

As governor she had the bully pulpit. Now she has nothing.

She should learn from history, what happened to her hero, Teddy Roosevelt when he quit and then tried for a comeback. It don’t work!

And yet this is the same path, minus the resignation, taken by Ronald Reagan, that is, starting early, traveling the country to espouse a libertarian Republican message of limited government, a strong military, and a strong conservative Social Issues contract.

Furthermore, now she will be able to help the GOP gain back the House during the 2010 campaign season further strengthening her army.

You apparently need to learn from history.

Furthermore, she ain't trying for a comeback, she is going to seek higher office.

You apparently did not listen to her resignation speech.

All I got from it was hope for the future.

You apparently are willing to be a tool of the Democrats, the Media, and the GOP elite.

You are going to be disappointed, because she is going to turn the political world upside down.

Just wait and see!

YOU need to listen to what others here are saying. You can not bully her into office, just because you admire her.

We are conservatives here who are speaking. Of course I listened to every word of her speech. Several times.

Many of us admire Mrs. Palin and supported her. And yet, we do not agree with this move she has made. I, one of her supporters, who likes her, probably will never vote for her, because she didn’t finish her term. She didn’t keep her oath, or her word. When the tough times came, she cut and run.

That is how a supporter sees it.

How in heaven’s name would anyone who didn’t support her to begin with, be convinced to vote for her now? It doesn’t make any sense.

Be realistic. This is NOT the same path Reagan took! Reagan stood his ground and fought in his place. He was invited to speak around the country, BECAUSE he was governor! Can’t you see that? He used the bully pulpit. He was smart. Sarah has now lost her validity....she can not speak about fighting for something, when she didn’t actually DO the fighting. She gave up and decided to play a different game.

This is such a huge loss! This is a tragedy for the republican party. I am so, so sick about it. Dear God, it seems like a bad dream....I am so disappointed I can not stand it!

"yet this is the same path, minus the resignation, taken by Ronald Reagan, that is, starting early, traveling the country to espouse a libertarian Republican message of limited government, a strong military, and a strong conservative Social Issues contract. "

Reagan lost the first run for President to Ford at the convention. He did not waver but spent four years gathering support for the next nomination.

Palin makes a name for the 2012 election. In 2016 she will be about, what, 53?
