Bill H1377 would repeal the exemption for schools from the laws protecting children from "harmful material" including pornography.
One might ask why this is needed. In years past sensible people assumed that schools could show kids legitimate works of classical art that, while technically showing the nude body, are not normally considered pornographic. People assumed that schools were run by mature people with common sense.
But no one dreamed that schools would become purveyors of hardcore pornography and other graphic, disturbing material to children.
In recent years, however, abuses against kids by schools have become epidemic across the state. But schools are protected by law from legal action.
So parents now have to worry constantly about what schools are presenting to their kids.
Here are just a few of the more well-known examples over the years. We have many, many more:

The 2% that are ruining our youth and our country.
Obama’s friends.
This from the state that keeps electing pervert Bwarney Fwank!. The Pilgrims must be turning 6ft under.
These people are evil and need to be brought into the light to be exposed.
It depends on where one lives. Boston and the near suburbs are a real problem.
Don't forget around Happy Valley....Amherst,Northampton,etc.Lots and lots of "tolerance" in those parts as well.
Fixed it for ya.
I’ll compromise on “many”.
I certainly won't claim that there are *no* decent people...*no* conservatives...in Massachusetts. But I'll ask you this....did McLame carry any of the cities or towns near you? Did Coupe Deval's opponent in '06 carry any of those towns? Who's your Congresscreature? Are you catching my drift here?
Yes, I’m catching your drift. I’m still saying that there are many conservatives here in MA. We may not be the majority, but we do exist. My town voted overwhelmingly for McCain/Palin.
I'll agree that there are certainly *some* but before I'll accept your claim that there are *many* you'll have to convince me that most of these "many" *never* vote....not in Presidential elections...US Senate or House elections...state legislature elections...gubernatorial elections...etc,etc.
Yes,there are a fair number (in *absolute* numbers) of conservatives in this state. We are, after all,one of the more heavily populated states in the country. But in terms of *percentages* we're no more than a blip on the radar!
And how do you account for the success of Olver,Neal,McGovern,Frank,Tsongas,Kerry,Kennedy,Tierney,Markey,Capuano,Lynch,Delahunt,Dukakis,Hussein,Studds,Tsongas,Coupe Deval,Bulger,DiMassi,Finneran....?
*Percentages* is my argument....not absolute numbers.
