"Well we all see where Roves strategy took us?"

Let's see, he helped guide his candidate to victory over the VP of an incredibly popular President. And, by the second year of his President's first term, he handed his boss a commanding lead in the House and a majority in the Senate, not to mention a majority of state Governorships as well. Then, in the midst of an increasingly unpopular war, he again led his candidate to reelection, the first for a Republican President in 20 years.

Yeah, that Rove's a real moron. Sadly, the GOP could use a whole lot more morons like him right now.

Karl Rove can't be held responsible for not keeping the GOP from destroying themselves. But, he did his job and he knows one thing very well, how to get people elected to state and national office. Anybody thinking about national office would be wise to head his advice.

Hmmm. We do not have any power anywhere in government. Rove, in my opinion, thought for the day and what he could get and not for tomorrow or the future. Yea, he was good in 2000. Looking back, dont know.
