European Union foreign policy chief Javier Solana said in a Spanish press interview on Sunday he will step down in October when his 10-year mandate expires.

Javier Solana may say now that he will “retire”, but he will most definitely NOT be out of the picture. This man fits the mold of the antichrist better than any man in history.
