I think you took post # 11 wrong. I anxiously await MTP's take on Sarah since they are preempted today and we wont have to hear a thing form them I am the biggest Sarah supporter out there and would never disparage her.

My point is that the media is so knee jerk in their reaction to this, they contradict the perception they attempted to make to this point.

Been out of town, Rodguy...and missed the thread this am but Palin pulled a brilliant move here.Does everyone realize:

1) She puts the frivolous lawsuits out of business
2) She is in huge demand as a speaker and will make big bucks...
3) ...which will pay for her 16 frivolous law suits and put her family in good financial health.
4) While blasting Obama about energy --among other things---she will be helping her state. and simultaneously begin collecting chits for a future run for Senate or hopefully the WH.
5)She has left Alaska in good hands, and perhaps given her sucessor a head start on holding the state house.
6) The only possible criticsim --the quitter charge--will be immediately forgotten at her first important fundraiser when she brings down the house.
7) This--her public speaking, fundraising, etc.-- also puts her on the national stage, dealing with national issues which she needs to do without critics nagging her about ignoring Alaska.

I foresee her being paid to blast Obama. What's better than getting paid to do what you love to do ? Nothing !
