I meant for “seniors” and welfare dregs... I know several people... non deserving types... living on ss diability and they use this drug program to numb themselves with their favorite drugs at our expense. I still feel the entire program was and is a disaster. My intent was not to link the two... please accept my apology and explanation. I am close to being a senior now... 5 letters a week from the evil aarp proves it! :-)
