Sarah Palin has a facebook page with over 500,000 friends. It looks like some lefties are trying to hjack it by posting negative stories.
I would ask that you all go there and post support for Sarah. Ignore the negative posts (such as Bobby Raza) and they will go away.
I have facebook but I keep it to people who are from people I actually know. I have never requested to be a friend from a celebrity. I will use Sarahpac to get my information from Sarah. Facebook is not the correct avenue for this. Besides if this is truly Sarah’s facebook page, she is allowing these people to become her friends because you can’t just join without her permission. I am wondering if it is truly her real page.
The “administrator” of the Facebook page can delete those posts as fast as they come in..
I’m a regular on the Palin Facebook page, and its been under troll assault for a long time. Most of them are re-treads, and FB does not seem inclined to do anything about them despite our repeated complaints. Quite frustrating.
Oh wow. I did not know that.
Thank you. I joined and waiting on getting “approved”. I was surprised that I could not use my Navy Base Zip Code as I am stationed in Italy. I had to use my parent’s zip code to be able to join...
BTW, ‘Bobby Raza’ (or one of his several incarnations) is a particularly vile and nasty troll, who’s been blocked by FB several times now, but keeps coming back. Apparently, FB can’t ban IP addresses of repeat abusers.
If this is a page set up by our enemies, how much of your personal info can they gather about you from your info page? Not to mention they will be able to read and learn all about you from your Stat updates, comments posted to your other friends walls, and if you have pics....they now know what you and your family look like.
However, you have to be careful with these freaks. A few weeks ago, I made the mistake of temporarily making my profile public while doing some maintenance on my page, and one of the trolls hijacked the account, setting up a phony account in my name using that info and then posting garbage on Palin's page. He even tried to change my password. I ended up changing my screen name and avatar (along with the password), and then having my friends report bomb the impostor.
Perhaps but sometimes you have to stand for something. It really doesn’t help our cause if all we do is stay in “safe” places.
