Levin generally knows what he's talking about.
His show is worth listening to today.
Sarah Palin is “going Galt”? I think not.
She’ll be the Champ in 2012, and she’ll deliver a lot of damaging punches before then.
I merely wish for the Palin family a long and happy life. A pox on all the houses of so called journalists and comedians.
This country is toast.
Now the left and media, now I repeat myself, will say she can’t even finish a term. Thats a daily message if she runs for Prez.
I was thinking along these lines when I woke up this morning, though I would never have been able to articulate it this well.
We have now a national politics in which only the mentally unhealthy and the morally depraved can survive and prosper.

OUTSTANDING Steyn!
Good for Sarah.
Was it Greenspan that said anyone who is willing to do what needs to be done to become president should automatically be disqualified?
Sadly - thay may apply to Palin.
Hepatomantic, “Gettin’ yer bile all riled up” ain’t good enough?
Sarah’s timing is not everyone else’s timing. Steyn should not have titled this “Cutting Bait.” Let’s wait and see what happens.
Just goes to show that no one, not even the great Mark Steyn, is perfect. In fact, this time he’s simply wrong.
Look at all the national political figures, especially on the Republican side, who ran for President last year without holding elective office while they did so. I didn’t see Romney, Newt, Giuliani, Huckabee or even my guy, Fred Thompson, holding any elected office.
The fact of the matter is this: if Sarah Palin were to decide tomorrow that she is a candidate for President, come 2012 she will STILL have more executive experience than the current occupant of The People’s House did when he decided to run.
If she runs, I’ll support her. And I hope she does — God knows we’ll need her more than ever then.
It is trully odd times in which we live...because I am going to disagree with my beloved, Mark Steyn.
Mark, hon, you don’t have a clue on Palin. I read, and re-read the transcript of her July 3rd speech. I don’t see her as quitting...or surrendering; she is just advancing in a different direction (with literary credit to Gen. McArthur).
The soon to be, ex-Alaskan Governor will soon be (ding, ding) ‘free to roam about the country.’ She is much more valuable, on the lecture circuit, writing her book, digging her family out of the 500k in legals she acrued fighting the frivolous ethics violations...than she is sitting in the Governor’s Igloo (yes, I know it is a mansion...but its Alaska).
Mark...when the Big Guy comes back to the Golden Microphone...take him to lunch. Talk over Gov. Palin...I think you will see things differently...
