Prisoners on the run from Holleseley Bay prison cannot be identified because it would breach their rights to privacy, the Ministry of Justice has said.

Well, if the news media can be prevented from naming names, how can they legitimately publicize the prison break? I mean, doesn’t that also violate their privacy rights?
