OK...I assume some postive speculation/wishful thinking is allowed here, right?

What if it's not yet about 2012, but about 2010? Not running, but leading a new class of GOP candidates to at least take back the house? Something to gain the sort of exposure that Newt got back in 94?

I missed most of this and only heard the breathless MSM report on my radio. But if she intends to "remain visible", I'd think working to help field a better choice of candidates for 2010 would be a good step.

Just guessing/wishing I suppose.

You're not the only one with that theory. Reagan made his political gains on the RADIO. He toured all over the US making speaking engagements and radio broadcasts.

Palin may or may not seek the white house in 2012, BUT as the Washington Post (of all places) pointed out today, Alaska is simply too far away, and the position of governor is simply too time consuming for Palin to make the kind of impact she's capable of if she is unfettered.
