When this thread was current, I immediately contacted Wells Fargo shareholder services and asked that they pull banner advertisements from HuffPo. Here is the response I received tonight:

Dear [my name],

Thank you for your recent correspondence. I am grateful you took the time to share your observations, and I welcome the opportunity to address your concern.

Wells Fargo's marketing campaigns are integral to Wells Fargo’s success, and we strive to select “windows” in which our advertisements will reach a wide audience. Advertising about Wells Fargo’s products and services is not intended to endorse the content of the program or web site on which the advertisements appear. Perspectives set forth on particular sites or programs are those of the program’s speaker or creators and do not necessarily reflect the views, vision or values of Wells Fargo or Wells Fargo team members. We continually evaluate our media plans and adjust as appropriate. I hope this information is helpful.

Thank you again for taking the time to share your thoughts.

Well, that’s pretty lame.

In other words, they don’t care.

WEll, I know I care about Trig. That’s why some friends and I started a website to support him, www.pray4trig.com.
