It is. Fred Thomson and his both sons served honorably in the armed forces. If they hadn’t done so, Fred would have been mocked here too and disqualified.
I love Fred Thompson, but he never served in the military. I believe he went to Memphis St. right out of high school and after that went to Vanderbilt Law.
