Good. GW can see it when he and Laura drive down from Dallas to the ranch house.

I've navigated in the dark by doing this, and it works -- especially in acoustically "live" spaces (with not a lot of sound absorbers). You can also do it with hand claps or finger snaps -- especially with your hand held above and behind your head.

I'd expect that someone who didn't trash their hearing with lots of shooting without hearing protection as a youngster (as I did) could do it quite effectively. The echolocation depends mostly on high frequencies -- which shooting damage devastates... :-(

Advice to young shooters:

What!?!??? Say again!?!???

OOPS! One of the (few) disadvantages of this multi-touch track pad is that you can page forward and back in your browser by "swiping" with three fingers (even if you didn't notice you have that third finger "down".

I see that it can lead to "dropping" a comment on the wrong article -- as I just did... :-(

Oh, well -- the (free) advice is still good...

Have you heard about the person on eBay auctioning a certified copy of Obama’s birth certificate from the Coast provincial Hospital in Mombasa, Kenya, (7:24 PM, August 4, 1961) whose post has been removed SIX TIMES from eBay? See World Net Daily!

As much as I loathe the current CinC, I think this birth certificate hunt is getting out of hand. He has made several trips overseas, such as when he walked over to Europe last summer. I believe one must produce one’s birth certificate to obtain a passport. I know I have had to.

How about a little guerilla advertising?

I've considered getting post-it notes with “Where's the Birth Certificate” printed on them. Then wherever I go I can leave them around town.

* on the mirror in the ladies’ restrooms.

* on the soda dispenser at the gas station, or on the pump.

* on the side window of any car I might park next to.

* over the chicken display in the supermarket.

Excellent idea! People can also make their own yard signs.

I wonder if the passport authorities didn’t just accept the Hawaiian “Certification of Live Birth”, though? The computer print-out? And, if Obama IS an American, WHAT is he hiding on the regular, long form birth certificate? Why not just reveal it, as candidate John McCain did? (Citizen McCain - LOL) That would END the controversy.

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

It has **wonderful** Saul Alinsky possibilities.

** It is fun! :-)

** It places a cloud of delegitimacy over everything Obama does.

** And...It ties up Obama resources. For the attorneys filling these suits it is a hobby for them and costs little. It costs Obama a **ton** of money to defend himself.

** It brings in free publicity for the attorneys filling the suits. There is no possible way Ortiz could buy that much publicity for her dental or law practice.

Senators are issued special passports. Presidents don't need one.

By the way...This e-bay thing was great! Cheap and fun! :-) ( Saul Alinsky would be proud!)

I am with you. If 100K was spent of billborads about hand guns, taxes or waste in government soething may happen. 99% of people in America compare this idea to sex in government...too late now.

It could also be that the Chicago thugocracy is just playing us along, having us clamoring to see the BC and generally drawing a lot of attention to the Vast Right Wing Conspiracy. Then, as the howling reaches a crescendo, some thug will produce the BC. “Oh, is that what you guys were looking for?”

Being a woman, I don’t know what one of the “spin things” in the bottom of a urinal would be. :=)

Sounds like fun, though. :-)
