Man allegedly invited cop to molest boy (Frank McCorkle Lombard)

DURHAM, N.C., July 2 (UPI) -- A North Carolina university administrator has been charged with inviting a Washington police officer posing as a pedophile to molest his adopted son.

Frank McCorkle Lombard was arrested in North Carolina, the Raleigh News & Sentinel reported. U.S. marshals took custody of McCorkle Tuesday and he is expected to appear in a Washington court next week.

An affidavit submitted by Timothy Palchak, a Washington detective working with the Northern Virginia Regional Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, said the investigation began in June when a man charged with child pornography told police he had seen someone having sex with a child online on a Webcam. Police say the abuser was Lombard.

In his affidavit, Palchak said he was able to chat with Lombard online.

"During that online conversation, the user ... stated that he had sexually molested his adopted male, African-American child who he had adopted as an infant and is currently five years old," Palchak said.

Lombard allegedly told Palchak his partner would be away for four days and invited him to Durham. He also allegedly said he drugged the 5-year-old with Benadryl before sex sessions.

Lombard is associate director of the Duke University Center for Health Policy.

This is what happens when competing liberal agendas collide. It is a prevailing opinion in the black and liberal communities that whites shouldn't adopt black children, especially black American children. Apparently, they would just prefer that they were aborted.

No doubt that this writer subscribes to such nonsensical ideas. But, I'm sure they have no problems with two men adopting little white boys.

The affidavit mentions a donation to Genesis Home, a charity in Durham, by [redacted] and Lombard. A quick google turns up a page listing Ken Shipp and Frank Lombard as contributors. So, I guess Kenny must be the "wife", given he's listed first. So much for redaction! LOL! The affidavit also says Kenny, er, [redacted], is a clinical pharmacist at Duke. A Duke google reveals Ken Shipp, R.Ph, doing clinical trials related to HIV/AIDS. So, now we know who the "partner" is, redactions be damned!
