Beg to disagree-yeah,the Cubs suck,as always,but the Bears finally got an all-pro quarterback and should add a big time receiver when teams start cutting personnel in August.It may be the only thing I have to look forward to.

About a week ago, I emailed Gov. Quinn, and I told him that I can barely pay my bills, now. I said that, if my income tax rate is increased, I might not be able to pay for food or my electric bill. I didn’t receive a response.
